Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Domestic)

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided in the email.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
